This seems to be a problem for many, while browsing the Internet you may come across ‘page not found’, this may be due to several reason, one of course due to changing of your PC’s IP address. So, how do you solve this.
Instructions
1.Click on the "Start" button
2.If you're using Windows xp type "cmd" in the Run box and click on "OK." else if you’re using Windows 7 search for cmd and enter.A window with a command prompt appears. It resembles the old DOS operating system.
3.Type "ipconfig /release" and press "Enter." This releases your computers current IP addresses.
4.Now type "ipconfig /renew" and press "Enter." This command assigns your computer a new set of IP addresses.
5.Type "Exit" and press "Enter" to close the window. You computer now has a new IP address.

*If the above steps doesn’t resolve your connectivity issue, try to unplugging your modem or router for a few seconds and then repeat the process.
*Note that you should be using DHCP (Obtain IP address automatically)in the internet properties.The command "ipconfig" reveals the IP address assigned to your computer. If you have more than one connection to your computer (i.e. having both a wireless and LAN network card) the command "ipconfig /all" will reveal all your assigned IP addresses.
