How to create a restore point in windows?

Windows xp 

Click start > All programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore and create a restore point , click next and follow the prompts

Windows vista

Click start > right click on computer, select properties > System protection in left panel > click next create button and follow the prompts. 

Windows 7

The windows vista instruction will work, the easiest way is to start > search for restore and create a restore point 

All the process can be automated and scheduled to create restore points and make the pc secure
